Mercedez is a major OEM in the automotive space that's been a producer of high end luxury (ICE) vehicles for over 100 years. They're entry into the EV market has been slow and lackluster -- first revealing its B-Class model as it's first step through the EV doorway. It's now taking the EV game more seriously and is planning on bringing several EV's to market over the next 2-4 years. First off, it plans to bring the EQS to market, revealing it later this year, and hopefully into production next year in 2022. It's also rumored Mercedes is developing a SUV version of the EQS which should be later revealed towards 2023/2024.
Mercedes is on the cusp of releasing more Electric models, but currently only has the B-class released.
The B-Class gets 87 miles per charge
You can pick up a B-Class for around $20K
Mercedes has several EV's lined up for the future including the EQS and SUV version of the EQS.
