Nissan was founded in 1933 and has since been a major player in the ICE and EV arenas. Their first jump into EV was with the LEAF which debuted in 2010. Since then the LEAF has become one of the main EV models sold accounting for over 500K sales. With some success in the electric market you'd think Nissan would be quicker to roll out other models in the space, but since has yet to roll out another BEV. There is anticipation for the upcoming Ariya model which will be the companies next dive into the EV market.
Currently, Nissan only has one electric vehicle for sale, the Nissan LEAF.
